The secret’s in the silo. Are you using your storage silo as part of your business plan? If you have the heat in place to make mix before shutting down on Monday afternoon, you can store it for a quick load-outs Tuesday morning.
While your competitors across town are trouble-shooting morning start-up problems, you can load out all their customers and sell more mix. Now, keep in mind, some mixes lend themselves to storage overnight and some mixes don’t.
