At Meeker, we provide high quality retrofit components to your asphalt plant. We consider ourselves the “home remodeler” to your asphalt plant. We make your plant run better, more efficient, and provide products with enhanced features that improve upon your original asphalt plant purchase. We now provide mechanical installation services which allows the owner to get a clear picture for overall project investments.
Understanding overall project investments is very difficult today due to inflation and supply chain issues. At Meeker, we are providing more products and services to the owner so that entire projects have a clear vision and understanding of the scope of work.
We are focusing on safety to the owner of the equipment. We created the Liquid Vision system to allow for remote operation of the hot asphalt valves. We monitor tank level so that employees don’t have to go on top of tanks to “stick” for liquid level. Our asphalt tank ladders come with safety cables for workers to tie off in the event he/she loses footing on the ladder. We are building tank farms with stairs in lieu of ladders to make the area around tanks safer. Our silo batchers have cages so that any pinch points are eliminated which helps worker safety.

Quality in the Industry
Our job as a manufacturer is to supply high quality and accurate equipment. Our pump skids for rejuvenator or additives are very accurate throughout the entire range of operation. We use a progressive cavity pump to meter additive into mixes. This is the most accurate method of pumping additive plus we use a mass flow meter to accurately measure product.
Get Zoned
We manufacture asphalt tanks and hot oil heaters that are electrically heated. We build our asphalt tanks with 6 inches of insulation to allow for minimal heat loss. We work with customers to add fabric structures to cover aggregate and RAP stockpiles. We are constantly striving to make products that minimize carbon footprint.
