Cedarapids®, a Terex brand of modular, portable, and static crushing and screening equipment, previewed two new developments at CONEXPO‑CON/AGG 2026: the CRH5064 Portable HSI Impactor Plant and the TRAC Vibration Analyzer. The CRH5064 Portable HSI Plant has been designed to deliver high‑capacity performance with reduced maintenance for quarrying, recycling and demolition applications.
At its core is the TI5064 Horizontal Shaft Impactor powered by a 400-horsepower motor, featuring a high‑inertia four‑bar rotor, monoblock primary curtain with replaceable tips, hydraulic tramp iron relief, hydraulic‑assisted apron adjustments and a hydraulically opening hood. Prototype testing recorded 600–700 tons per hour when processing 30‑inch minus shot rock limestone, and a maximum 30‑inch feed size.
Another highlight of the CRH5064 plant is the latest 60-inch x 20-foot Cedarapids Advantage Series Feeder, which widens the intake by eight inches compared to earlier models. The plant is also available with multiple axle configurations and a removable feed‑hopper module for improved transport flexibility, with optional features including feeder lift, a jib crane for blow bar changes, a self‑cleaning magnet, under‑crusher pan feeder, and expanded electrical and conveyor options.
