Compass Wire Cloth Expands with Georgia Acquisition

Compass Wire Cloth finalized an agreement with Sefar Corporation at the end of March to acquire its screening division located in Gray, Georgia. This expands Compass Wire Cloth’s national manufacturing footprint and its ability to serve customers across the Southeast United States. The transaction closed on March 31, 2026, and Compass Wire Cloth will assume responsibility for the Round Ring Screen business, including the Gray, Georgia facility and its existing team. All orders, customer service, and coordination for Compass Wire Cloth will continue to be managed through the company’s New Jersey headquarters.
