Asphalt Drum Mixers (ADM), a Huntertown, Indiana-based manufacturer of asphalt plants and related components, announced the appointment of Brady Umberger as president, effective June 22, 2026.
Umberger previously served as director of operations at BOMAG Americas. Most recently, he served as chief operating officer of TAG Manufacturing.
ADM also announced that Mike Devine’s tenure as president concluded June 22, 2026. Devine will provide transition support through July 19. Devine led ADM beginning in 2004 and, according to the company, played a critical role in its growth and development over more than two decades. The company said he also helped strengthen ADM’s reputation for quality, innovation and customer service while building relationships throughout the asphalt industry.
“Mike made significant contributions to ADM throughout his tenure and helped shape the strong organization and reputation ADM enjoys today,” said Laurent Bianzani, president of FAYAT Mixing Plants, part of the FAYAT Group, ADM’s parent company. “We are grateful for his dedication, leadership, and many years of service to ADM, our employees, and our customers. We are also pleased to welcome Brady to ADM. His leadership experience, operational expertise, and commitment to people and customers position him well to lead the company forward.”
Umberger said he plans to focus on customers, employees and industry relationships as he begins his new role.
“ADM has built a strong reputation for delivering reliable equipment, trusted partnerships, and outstanding customer support,” Umberger said. “I am excited to join the ADM team and look forward to working alongside our employees, customers, and business partners as we continue building on that foundation. My priority is to listen to our customers, support our team, and build on the relationships our customers have come to expect from ADM.”
As president, Umberger will work with the ADM team during the leadership transition.
