A majority of the 959 lane miles already paved in the first three years of the program have been completed by four HAPI members: Grace Pacific LLC, Jas. W. Glover, Ltd., Road and Highway Builders, LLC, and Road Builders Corporation. The association reports that other members including subcontractors, suppliers and engineering consultants have also contributed to this effort. A whopping 51,000 potholes were patched in 2015, to which HAPI states: “The surge may be contributed to all the rain we experienced in 2015.”
