Astec Industries Inc., Chattanooga, announced during CONEXPO-CON/AGG Roadtec Renew, a dedicated rebuild and repair program offered as part of Astec’s comprehensive support for customers in the road construction industry. Through Astec Parts, Roadtec Renew provides tailored OEM support designed to restore, extend, and protect Roadtec and Carlson road construction equipment while lowering total cost of ownership.
Roadtec Renew allows customers to access OEM rebuilds and repairs through their local dealer or Astec regional sales manager. From inspection and repair through full equipment rebuilds, the program supports customers across the entire lifecycle of their equipment.

As part of Astec’s rebuild and repair service support, the company had on display at CONEXPO 2026 a rebuilt paver. At the booth, a representative shared with the AsphaltPro audience that customers were looking for a way to extend the life of their machines, get OE support and decrease the total cost of ownership. The 2016 RP195e on display had almost 2,300 hours on it, according to personnel, and had served as a rental machine.
The machine was taken apart and renewed with repaired components, new hoses, a new electrical system, new harnesses and more. After a nice paint job, the machine was not only tradeshow-ready, it was made ready for another several thousand hours operation for the next customer.
Roadtec Renew includes rebuild and repair services for Roadtec and Carlson equipment such as:
