Peak Pavement Group Launches National Maintenance Platform

Mangrove Equity Partners, LP, Tampa, Florida, announced the launch of Peak Pavement Group, a newly branded, national pavement maintenance platform, and welcomed two additional partner companies: HD Sealcoating & Paving Solutions, LLC, Southeast Michigan, and Maintain It All, LLC, Southeast Pennsylvania.

Headquartered in Southeast Michigan, Peak Pavement brings together a growing family of high-quality pavement maintenance businesses focused on asphalt sealcoating, crack filling, and asphalt and concrete repair. The platform traces its roots to 2024, when Mangrove partnered with Rocky Ricelli, founder of A&R Sealcoating, LLC. As the parent company of A&R, and now HD Sealcoating and Maintain It All, Peak Pavement aims to build one of the nation’s largest pure-play pavement maintenance providers, with additional partnerships already in advanced discussions.
