What a privilege it must be to pave somewhere as pretty as Hawaii! Check out these winners from the Hawaii Asphalt Paving Industry’s annual photo contest. Entries include photos from HAPI member companies’ paving projects under construction or completed.
The winning photo was taken by Keola Goo of Road Builders Corporation on a pavement repair at Mt Ka`ala Air Force Station, Waialua, Oahu.

Goo also earned an honorable mention for a project at Kaneohe MCBH, Oahu, doing Landing Helicopter Docking Pad Conversion and New MV-22 Landing Pads.

The other honorable mention goes to Daniel Kuwabara of Road Builders Corporation on a job repaving threshold runway 6 at Wheeler Army Airfield, Waialua, Oahu.
